6. Kit Policy


Washington United’s kit policy is as follows:

- Every player in the club, at all times, will have 1x Match Shirt (Navy Blue), 1x Match Shorts (Navy Blue), 1x Match Socks (Navy Blue), 1x Training Top (White), 1x ¾ Zip Jacket (Navy Blue).

- Every member of the team coaching staff will be supplied with a 1x Coaches Polo Shirt (Navy Blue) and 1x Zipped Jacket (Navy Blue).

- As of the start of the 2023/24 season the club will replenish this kit every 2 YEARS on rotation.
As a new team starting out at Under 7 this means that your kit will be replenished at Under 9, Under 11, Under 13, Under 15, Under 17 etc. This coincides with when teams step up through 5-a-side, 7-a-side, 9-a-side and into 11-a-side to help everybody keep track of when new kits are required.

- If a new player joins your team during this period, then they will be provided with the above-mentioned kit, once their first subscription payment has been received. They will then fall into line with your team’s kit renewal schedule after this time.

- If a player leaves your team then they will need to return all kit to the team manager who will hand it back to the club.

- When the club renews your kit on the two year cycle we kindly ask that you return as much kit as possible and we will try to make use of it through donation.

- Any additional kit purchases or replacements can be made via the Club Shop at Total Sport Ltd . All additional purchases will need to be made via team sponsorship money or by personal means.

**As this policy is coming into place with some teams having just purchased new kit, we will be contacting you separately to speak to you about your kit renewal schedule**
