Over the years we have been able to provide some fantastic opportunities for our players to gain great experiences in local academy’s and we can’t wait to get started linking up with SAFC which will not only benefit our players but our coaches as well.

The partnership will see us starting our talent id sessions every Monday down at Washington leisure centre where SAFC scouts and academy coaches will attend, it will also give club players the opportunity to be invited in to play against current academy and pre academy groups. Not only this there will be opportunities for our club coaches to attend cpd sessions down at the academy of light and attend academy coaching sessions where they can pick up ideas and support.

We are extremely excited about this link and can’t thank the people involved enough for helping to make this happen!

Talent ID sessions will be held on a Monday night down at Washington leisure centre:

4:45-5:30pm for Reception and Year 1 children.
5:30-6:30pm Year 2 and Year 3.
6:30-7:30pm Year 4 and Year 5.
